The association is always looking to improve the understanding of difference audiences. Contact us if you would like to arrange for us to speak at your organisation.

Community Lower Limb Health

These talks are focused on promoting an understanding of podiatric healthcare within the general community. For example, one particular focus is the growing issue of diabetes in Singapore. As a result, awareness of diabetic foot health is increasingly important at all levels of the population. Topics covered in such talks can include common issues such as diabetic foot health, heel pain, and assorted lower limb conditions.

Corporate Lower Limb Health

These talks and events are customised to fit within a company’s overall health and wellness programmes for their staff. Typically, the content covered will include conditions that are common amongst working individuals or issues caused by footwear choices.

Geriatric Lower Limb Health

As Singapore’s population ages, ensuring that the elderly maintain their foot health will become increasingly important in order to maintain quality of life and reduce stress on the healthcare system as a whole. These talks will include podiatric advice, nail and skin care, as well as a information on the high-risk conditions associated with advanced age.

Paediatric Lower Limb Health

Children’s feet is not the same as adult’s feet, but children foot health should be as important. It is known that children feet is soft, as the bone and cartilage are still growing. This make children’s feet more vulnerable to forming foot deformity. It is during this development that their foot should stay fit and healthy, and always be monitored. These talks will emphasise on basic developmental milestones, children’s foot care including their footwear and nail care.

Sport / Fitness Lower Limb Health

Whether you are a weekend warrior or an advanced sportsperson, it is critical to understand lower limb health to ensure optimum performance and maintain personal health. This series of talks will depend on the nature of the sport or activity and can be customised for each specific purpose.
